I am here to hold space for you from pregnancy and birth through the quiet, tender days of the fourth trimester—nurturing your family as you rest, recover, and fall in love with your new baby or babies. I will help you prepare, adjust, and find your rhythm in this new season. I believe that when you are truly cared for, confidence grows and families flourish.
“It is my privilege to care for your family from pregnancy and birth through the tender days of postpartum and the long nights and bright mornings that follow. It’s an honor to witness your journey.”
About Megan
As your doula and pediatric sleep coach, I’m here to care for your whole family from pregnancy through the early years. I help families prepare for birth, navigate the tender fourth trimester, and move through the seasons that follow with steady guidance and hands-on care—whether that means processing your birth experience, settling into life with a newborn, working through feeding and sleep challenges, or simply finding your rhythm as a growing family.
I’m proud to be certified as a full spectrum doula through Doula Trainings International and as a certified pediatric sleep consultant through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. Being a full spectrum doula means I am trained to support people across the entire reproductive journey—including pregnancy, birth, postpartum, loss, abortion, and adoption—through care that is inclusive, nonjudgmental, and grounded in reproductive justice.
What sets my care apart is the way I bridge hands-on postpartum support with professional sleep expertise. Most families don’t just need help holding a baby—they need rest, reassurance, and a plan for sustainable sleep. Because I’m both a postpartum doula and a sleep coach, I can support your recovery, your emotional well-being, and your baby’s sleep in an integrated, realistic way—helping you avoid conflicting advice and build healthy sleep foundations gently and confidently from the very beginning.
Sleep is vital for both babies and parents. With thoughtful, evidence-based guidance, I help families build healthy sleep habits from infancy through early childhood in ways that honor both attachment and each family’s values.
I live in Baltimore with my husband and our 12-year-old, and I know firsthand how quickly the seasons of parenting pass. When I’m not working with families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and sleep, you’ll usually find me hiking local trails, curled up with a good book, or spending slow, happy time with the people I love.
