Testimonials
"I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure — but Megan’s gentle sleep support changed everything. She didn’t just help my baby sleep better, she helped me feel like myself again. I’m so grateful for her kindness, patience, and expertise."
"We used Megan for Sleep Coaching and it was a stellar experience. She devised a sleep plan for us, met with us and answered all our questions, and checked in with us daily through the first two weeks of helping our kiddo to learn to fall asleep independently. She was very available and flexible in her support, and we were delighted with the results. Our kiddo (2.5 yrs old) is now going to bed independently and earlier than before. It has been a game changer. Highly recommend this sleep coaching if you need an outside eye on your kid's sleep situation."
“Megan helped me and my family navigate a very stressful time where our anxieties were high and we felt clueless and lost. She provided rest, reassurance, and valuable knowledge to make us feel more prepared to care for our precious sweet pea.”
"Megan was super helpful — my only regret is not reaching out sooner for postpartum doula support! She helped me during long days of me being home alone with my two month old, and allowed me get some much needed sleep which was really important to me trying to be the best mom I can be, and also provided great education about infant sleep and other postpartum resources like physical therapists in the nearby area. Highly recommend!"
"Our family welcomed our third child at the end of July, and Megan’s support was just what we needed even though we have experienced the newborn time with two other toddlers. We looked forward to her visits to our home and whether she sanitized bottles, held our newborn, folded laundry, read our “bigs” some books, or held our newborn while we napped, it was key and crucial to that moment. What’s more, she provided insight about newborn development we didn’t know or forgot about. She coached us on infant sleep progression, feeding tips, and more. She showed us hands-on exercises to do with our baby girl to help her and help us all lead happy, healthy lives during this wild phase. Megan was confident in her practices, yet she followed our lead, listening to our needs. She is a postpartum doula who will tailor her expertise to fit your family’s needs."
"We worked with Liz on a sleep plan for our child and I can’t say enough good things. In just four nights she was sleeping in her own bed completely on her own. Liz made the whole process feel doable by checking in every day, encouraging us, and celebrating the little wins along the way. Our whole family is finally getting the real rest again and we are so thankful for her guidance."
After 5 kids I never thought we would have issues getting our baby to sleep, after all we “knew it all by now” but after some unexpected health issues in the family, we were finding it difficult to get our baby to sleep at a reasonable time, and she was waking up throughout the night. Leaving us exhausted and on edge. Liz helped us get her on a schedule that worked for our family and she’s sleeping all the way through the night, as well as a healthy sleep routine that really improves her mood and of course is the best thing for her, so we couldn’t be more happy with our sleep consultant results.

Megan was our birth doula and also supported us with day and overnight visits after our second child arrived. She helped us have the birth experience we wanted and her postpartum support made the transition to life again with a newborn much smoother for our whole family. She was very professional and set clear expectations. We found her website and setting up a package easy to navigate. She had great information and references. She is a pleasure to be around and invite into your family.Posted on Google Chaya Mushka StaalTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Megan was able to help our 10/11 month old go from only contact naps to full naps in the crib. After failing to see results with two other coaches we hired, we saw a drastic difference with Megan on day 1 by just tweaking a couple of things! Megan gave us the tools to be gentle yet firm with holding a plan to help our baby sleep on her own.Posted on Google S WTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Megan to any families needing help with sleep! She was super supportive and held us accountable to help sleep train our five month old. She answered all of our many questions as we navigated different moments along the way. We blew our goals out of the water. Even though hard sometimes it was totally worth it. Something we didn’t even consider beforehand was how much more quality time we would have as a couple when sleep was more predictable, and our little one is happy and developing, even reaching new milestones during the two weeks we worked with Megan. It was amazing! Thank you so much!Posted on Google Maria HondroulisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Megan was wonderful to work with and someone I highly recommend for sleep training! She is very thorough, provides options, and educated us to succeed. Our whole family is finally sleeping normally again!Posted on Google H GTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our 8 month old was waking 10+ times throughout the night. We were not sleeping and neither was our baby. Megan was thoughtful and approached the sleep plan strategically to fit out needs. When we had concerns, she provided assurances and scientific research. One month later, and we are happy to report that our baby consistently sleeps through the night!
