About us
From the first flutter of anticipation in pregnancy, through the intensity and transformation of birth, and into the tender, bleary-eyed days of new parenthood — this season is beautiful, overwhelming, and deeply vulnerable all at once. We remember the middle-of-the-night feedings, the endless crying that seems to have no clear reason, and the quiet moments of wondering if you’re doing any of this “right.” The transition into parenthood can feel isolating, whether you’re preparing for labor, working through feeding challenges, spending hours “nap trapped” under a sleeping baby, or longing to feel like yourself again. You don’t have to walk this path alone. As birth doulas and postpartum doulas, we offer calm, steady presence, hands-on care, and gentle guidance to support you through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early months at home.
We also know that sleep — for both babies and parents — can be one of the hardest parts of parenting in those early years. Every child can learn to fall asleep, stay asleep, and eventually sleep through the night, just as they learn to crawl, walk, and ride a bike. Sleep is a skill, and with patient, responsive teaching, it can be learned. As pediatric sleep coaches, we create gentle, personalized sleep plans that honor your child’s temperament and your family’s values. Together, we support the emotional and physical transitions of this season, so your evenings can feel calmer, your nights more restful, and your mornings begin with a little more light, and a lot more hope.

Testimonials
"I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure — but Megan’s gentle sleep support changed everything. She didn’t just help my baby sleep better, she helped me feel like myself again. I’m so grateful for her kindness, patience, and expertise."
"We used Megan for Sleep Coaching and it was a stellar experience. She devised a sleep plan for us, met with us and answered all our questions, and checked in with us daily through the first two weeks of helping our kiddo to learn to fall asleep independently. She was very available and flexible in her support, and we were delighted with the results. Our kiddo (2.5 yrs old) is now going to bed independently and earlier than before. It has been a game changer. Highly recommend this sleep coaching if you need an outside eye on your kid's sleep situation."
“Megan helped me and my family navigate a very stressful time where our anxieties were high and we felt clueless and lost. She provided rest, reassurance, and valuable knowledge to make us feel more prepared to care for our precious sweet pea.”
"Megan was super helpful — my only regret is not reaching out sooner for postpartum doula support! She helped me during long days of me being home alone with my two month old, and allowed me get some much needed sleep which was really important to me trying to be the best mom I can be, and also provided great education about infant sleep and other postpartum resources like physical therapists in the nearby area. Highly recommend!"
"Our family welcomed our third child at the end of July, and Megan’s support was just what we needed even though we have experienced the newborn time with two other toddlers. We looked forward to her visits to our home and whether she sanitized bottles, held our newborn, folded laundry, read our “bigs” some books, or held our newborn while we napped, it was key and crucial to that moment. What’s more, she provided insight about newborn development we didn’t know or forgot about. She coached us on infant sleep progression, feeding tips, and more. She showed us hands-on exercises to do with our baby girl to help her and help us all lead happy, healthy lives during this wild phase. Megan was confident in her practices, yet she followed our lead, listening to our needs. She is a postpartum doula who will tailor her expertise to fit your family’s needs."
"We worked with Liz on a sleep plan for our child and I can’t say enough good things. In just four nights she was sleeping in her own bed completely on her own. Liz made the whole process feel doable by checking in every day, encouraging us, and celebrating the little wins along the way. Our whole family is finally getting the real rest again and we are so thankful for her guidance."
After 5 kids I never thought we would have issues getting our baby to sleep, after all we “knew it all by now” but after some unexpected health issues in the family, we were finding it difficult to get our baby to sleep at a reasonable time, and she was waking up throughout the night. Leaving us exhausted and on edge. Liz helped us get her on a schedule that worked for our family and she’s sleeping all the way through the night, as well as a healthy sleep routine that really improves her mood and of course is the best thing for her, so we couldn’t be more happy with our sleep consultant results.
