A Postpartum Doula is a trained postnatal professional specializing in supporting families as they adjust to the new life with their baby. They offer a wide range of services aimed at easing the physical and emotional load on the family, allowing parents to focus on resting, self-care, and enjoying their new addition.
I help families in the Baltimore City and within 30 minutes of the City including Columbia, Catonsville, Ellicott City, Timonium, Towson, Ownings Mills, and Reisterstown.

Because your recovery, your baby’s care, and sleep are all connected. A postpartum doula who’s also a certified pediatric sleep consultant offers consistent support in one place — helping with feeding, routines, emotional reassurance, and gentle sleep foundations at the same time. Instead of juggling advice from different professionals, families receive calm, realistic guidance that builds confidence from day one.
