Seed Package 24 HOURS

(Includes $400 retainer)

This package offers 24 hours of support. Ideal for post cesarean recovery, 2nd or 3rd time parents, or parents with a lot of family support. Ideal for post-Cesarean recovery or parents who want to secure their doula in advance.

(Includes $400 retainer)

Enjoy 64 hours of care over eight weeks, perfect for first-time parents with childcare experience, parents with limited parental leave, or parents needing emotional support

Receive 128 hours of comprehensive support over twelve weeks for a confident start. Best for first-time parents who have limited / no childcare experience, single parents, parents who do not do well with sleep deprivation, or have no local support.

Helping your family rest easy with expert sleep solutions tailored to your child’s unique needs. Whether you need a full plan, in-person coaching, or just a little guidance, we’re here to support restful nights for all.

Root Package

Build healthy, lasting sleep habits with two personalized consultations, a custom sleep plan, and two weeks of virtual text / phone note support. Perfect for families starting their sleep journey with expert guidance.

Sprout Package

Everything from the Root Package, plus a 12-hour overnight in-home session in Baltimore area or Lincoln / Omaha area. Get real-time support and reassurance from bedtime through morning with hands-on coaching.

Ask Me Anything Call

A 30-minute call for fine-tuning sleep routines or getting advice on naps. This add-on is available only after completing the Root or Sprout Package and does not include a custom sleep plan.

Create a sleep support experience that fits your family’s goals and comfort. From just a sleep plan (no ongoing support) to multi-day in-home coaching, we’ll work together to find the right fit for your child’s sleep needs.
