20 minute pre-recorded exclusive video on foundations for healthy sleep for infant to 4 month olds plus a 1-hour “ask me anything” call focused on sleep shaping, newborn bedtime routines, wake windows, and tummy time activities (does not include postpartum doula support)

The Bud Package includes a 30-minute Discovery Call.

Build healthy, lasting sleep habits with two personalized consultations, a custom sleep plan, and two weeks of virtual text / phone note support. Perfect for families starting their sleep journey with expert guidance.

Everything from the Root Package, plus a 12-hour overnight in-home sleep coaching session in the Baltimore area. Get real-time support, reassurance, accountability and troubleshooting from bedtime through morning.

Ask Me Anything Call

A 30-minute call for fine-tuning sleep routines or getting advice on naps. This add-on is available only after completing the Root or Sprout Package and does not include a custom sleep plan.

Create a sleep support experience that fits your family’s goals and comfort. From just a sleep plan (no on-going support) to multi-day in-home sleep coaching, we’ll work together to find the right fit for your child’s sleep needs. Choose flexible support with minimum of 4 hours at an hourly rate.
